This is a truly gentle class great for the ‘I’m not flexible’ people, beginners, active seniors, those returning from an illness or injury, and anyone wanting to relax, unwind, and de-stress! This is a straightforward and simple sequence of stretches and breath awareness accessible to everyone. I usually bring my Tibetan singing bowls for a little sound therapy in the final relaxation (savasana).
