For Non-members: $10 day pass, or $60/10 pass punch card (and you can also use the gym or the steam room!) Please arrive 10-15 min early to purchase a pass. Enter the YMCA building, service desk is to the right to purchase pass. Class is in the group exercise room downstairs.
There is usually street parking on either side of Turner St. in front of the Novelty Shop.

$7 Day Pass, or $19.99 Monthly Membership with unlimited access to live streams and a library of yoga videos that you can refine your search by class length (between 5 - 90 min), class intensity (gentlest, gentle, moderate, vigorous), and style (movement, breath & guided meditation, mantra).

Medicine for the Spirit: Small Group Healing

Join us for Medicine for the Spirit, an intimate and deeply transformative multi sensory experience. We will be clearing dense energy with incense and sound, then you will be immersed in a yoga nidra guided meditation during which you each receive Thai Spirit Medicine (Thai energy balancing). This might include healing touch, hands-off energy work, rocking or holding/supporting. You will feel truly nurtured in this very small group setting. We will have a closing circle with herbal tea & prasad (food offering). Come remember and experience your own true divine nature!

Solstice Yoga Nidra:
acupuncture & guided meditation

Join Julie Gammon E-RYT/LMT and Lauren Breau, LAc for this deeply relaxing session of acupuncture and yoga nidra guided meditation to manifest balance and rejuvenate your spirit! Lauren will be placing 4-5 acupuncture points to regulate and balance stress levels, then Julie will lead you through a long relaxing guided meditation as you lie in on your back in savasana relaxation posture.

Imagine lying down for just 45 minutes and emerging feeling like you’ve slept for hours…your mind clear, your body relaxed, and your spirit quietly buzzing with renewed purpose. That’s the magic of Yoga Nidra: it’s not about doing, striving, or pushing, it’s about allowing. In a world that never slows down, choosing to rest deeply is an act of quiet rebellion! With every guided breath you reclaim your calm, rewire your stress, and reconnect with the steady strength within you. You don’t have to be flexible, just willing to show up.
