Winter Solstice is a beautiful time to go deep within and connect to your inner wisdom. Purify the body, mind, and soul through sage smudging, mantras, breath awareness, yoga postures, and then set your intention(s) with a long yoga nidra guided relaxation.
Yoga nidra is a specific type of guided relaxation which leads you through connection with the 5 sheaths of your being (physical, prana/energy, emotional, mental, and bliss bodies). They get damaged and displaced by the traumas we experience in our lives, and the superconscious state of yoga nidra helps us to restore and reintegrate them. This superconscious state has been shown to accelerate healing and learning.
You will emerge from this special experience with a deep sense of peace and well-being, rejuvenated, feeling connected and ready to share your divine Self!
