Level: Moderate, beginners and all levels
A well rounded class starting with gentle stretches and breath awareness to increase mobility, some core building & standing postures, and a nice long savasana.
Focus is on mindful movement, breath awareness, alignment & body awareness, strengthening & relaxing into the postures. Often includes Tibetan Singing Bowl healing.
