Join us for Medicine for the Spirit, a deeply transformative multi sensory experience. We will be clearing dense energy with incense and sound, then you will be immersed in a guided meditation during which you each receive a full 10 minutes of Thai Spirit Medicine (Thai energy balancing). This might include healing touch, hands-off energy work, rocking or holding/supporting. You will feel truly nurtured in this very small group setting. We will have a closing circle with herbal tea & prasad (food offering). Come remember and experience your own divine true nature!

No experience necessary, all props are provided but feel free to bring your own mat if you like. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
